Alex Jones

Alex Jones joined Joanna ten years ago to lead minute-taking and business correspondence courses.  She spent six years with one of the UK’s leading medical insurers, initially working in administration before progressing to become responsible for the training and development of over 300 employees including the management team and overseas operations.  With her positive and professional manner and boundless energy, Alex is a lively and approachable trainer who quickly gains the confidence of delegates.
